Return & Refund Policy

"Love It or Get Your Money Back Guaranteed*" is included as part of our 100-day money-back guarantee* program and follows the same requirements and guidelines. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make things right, but we do have a few guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. We understand the nature of our products, so for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for saunas or cold plunges that have been used.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Return Timeframe: You have up to 100 days from the date of shipment to return the item.
  • Unused Condition: Items must be unused and in new condition, returned in their original packaging.
  • Photos Required: We may request photos of the product to verify that it is in its original condition before approving the return.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to cover the cost of sending the product back to our warehouse.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Our team will assess the issue and make it right.

Please Note: Damage from basic wear and tear or misuse will not be eligible for replacements. Replacements are only applicable for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of receiving the order. We reserve the right to deny replacements if the product is forcefully damaged or abused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee, within a certain number of days. If the product is found to be used, your refund request will be denied.

2-Year Warranty

Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or any issues caused by misuse. If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim.

2-Year Warranty is included only on purchases made on or after October 23, 2024. Before this date, our offered included warranty was 1 year. This change was made to provide even greater product assurance, and purchases made prior to this date are covered under the original 1-year warranty, as that was the displayed policy at the time.

 

Cancellation Policy and Fulfillment Process

Understanding Our Automated Fulfillment: When you place an order with us, our fulfillment process begins immediately and is fully automated to ensure efficiency and adherence to our zero-delay shipping policy. This means all orders placed before 2 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day.

Cancellation Requests Within One Hour: You may request to cancel your order within one hour of placing it. However, due to our automated system and customer service response times of 1-2 business days, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be processed before your order is shipped. Our customer support team strives to address cancellation requests as promptly as possible, but the nature of our automated fulfillment process may result in the order being shipped before your request is read.

If customer support can intercept the order before it reaches USPS, your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued minus a 3% processing fee or the fee charged by your payment method. If the order cannot be intercepted, you will need to proceed with a return once you receive the product.

Limitations on Cancellation Requests: Cancellations requests are strictly limited to within one hour of order placement. If more than one hour has passed, or if your order has already been fulfilled, requesting a cancellation is not possible, and any request will not be processed. This policy is in place to maintain integrity in our ordering and fulfillment operations.

Responsibility of the Customer: We emphasize that it is the customer's responsibility to be certain of their purchase at the time of ordering. Our automated system is designed to expedite shipping and ensure that you receive your order promptly, aligning with our commitment to excellent customer service and reliability.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

100-Day Money-Back Guarantee only applies to purchases made on or after October 10, 2024. This is the date when this guarantee came into effect, as we decided to back our products with a 100-day promise. Purchases made before this date were not made under this guarantee, as it was not displayed at the time, ensuring customers were aware of and agreed to the terms in place during their purchase.

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Return & Refund Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Return & Refund Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
