We back our Burneek HALO portable sauna with a solid 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, affirming our confidence in its craftsmanship and reliability. Below is our warranty policy outlining your rights and responsibilities.

Warranty Coverage: this warranty specifically covers any manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions in the following components of the Burneek HALO: The HALO Steam Unit, Heat Insulated Frame Cover, Fiberglass Sauna Frame, Burneek PureStep Mat, HALO Carry Bag and The Calm Weave Towel.


The warranty will become void if the instructions in the manual provided with the Burneek HALO are not followed meticulously. Proper understanding and adherence to our usage guidelines are crucial for optimal performance and eligibility for warranty claims. The warranty does not apply if any damage or malfunction results from mishandling, improper use, or negligence in following the instruction manual.

Warranty Claims: to file a warranty claim, you must present proof of purchase and report the issue within the warranty period. Please reach out to our support team at warranty@burneek.com to begin the claim process. Should a defect covered by this warranty occur, Burneek will either repair or replace the faulty component, at our discretion, free of charge.


Limitations: this warranty does not cover damages attributable to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or external causes such as acts of nature. The warranty benefits are only available to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
