The timing for me to be injured was not ideal but that did not stop me from using this sauna every two to three days. The cloth enclosure material is like a medium weight cargo blanket with a reflective material on the inside for easy wiping down. The vinyl window and plastic zippers used have endured the steam heat that is produced from 1500 watt steam machine.
The tubular frame sets up easily and light weight. The enclosure fits snug which allows the zippers to operate smoothly. The Red Light Therapy Light (LED) fits in a ceiling netting with an electric cord that goes out a plastic sealed hole near the ceiling. The steam tube comes in a sealed hole near the bottom and goes into a steam dispenser. For added relaxation, 3 or 4 drops of essential oils can be added to this steam dispenser. As a 230 lb. 6 foot guy, it is a little short to stand upright and the chair provided is also a small size. Now, with that said, I can sit comfortably in the chair and stand, hunched over, to get the “full heat” experience. I also tried a tall wooden stool which works very well. The steam unit (when filled to MAX) starts producing steam within ten minutes. How hot? I have no idea, but within two minutes, I’m sweating , and ten minutes, I’m soaked.
All in all, well worth my purchase.
As for the Ice Bath, I put it together, it’s rigid enough with the tubular supports to hold the water and ice. But sorry, that is not for me. I donated it to my granddaughter for her school…

Quick setup and portable (comes with a carrying bag.)
It’s worth getting the red lights (less dark inside extra bonus.)
It was definitely a good purchase, feel great after using it. Gets hot AF in there, sweat pouring profusely.
My only question is why my steam unit seems to be only able to go inside the tent (no tube ability) vs all the pictures of it outside the tent with a top that is tubed to the tent (not even talking about the additional steam box unless that comes with the steam top part that has a tube connection to the tent.

The tubes and accessories needed to connect the HALO Steam Unit to the HALO Sauna are stored inside the HALO Steam Unit housing. Please carefully open the HALO Steam Unit and you’ll find the connection pieces there.Important:
- The steam machine should always be placed outside the HALO Sauna.
- Then properly connected using the tube and accessories that come inside the unit.
Once you set it up this way, it will match what you see in the pictures (HALO Steam Unit outside, tube connected to the Burneek HALO).

Although it took a little while it was worth the wait. Assembly was easy... once I figured out I had started wrong but once the frame is up find the cover bottom maneuver frame in place and work it up and around frame. If you get the 440 nm lights there is a opening right side upper corner. Not mentioned in the instructions. Either way I give it a 9.5 on assembly and a 10 on performance. Again this was my first time using it but very happy. Buy!
