This has been one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I use it 3 or 4 times a week to recover from a tired and sore body. I found that ordering the essential oils can be done at a better value elsewhere. The only complaint was that the delivery took a month for the sauna and 2 months for the cold plunge pool to arrive. I highly recommend this product.

The timing for me to be injured was not ideal but that did not stop me from using this sauna every two to three days. The cloth enclosure material is like a medium weight cargo blanket with a reflective material on the inside for easy wiping down. The vinyl window and plastic zippers used have endured the steam heat that is produced from 1500 watt steam machine.
The tubular frame sets up easily and light weight. The enclosure fits snug which allows the zippers to operate smoothly. The Red Light Therapy Light (LED) fits in a ceiling netting with an electric cord that goes out a plastic sealed hole near the ceiling. The steam tube comes in a sealed hole near the bottom and goes into a steam dispenser. For added relaxation, 3 or 4 drops of essential oils can be added to this steam dispenser. As a 230 lb. 6 foot guy, it is a little short to stand upright and the chair provided is also a small size. Now, with that said, I can sit comfortably in the chair and stand, hunched over, to get the “full heat” experience. I also tried a tall wooden stool which works very well. The steam unit (when filled to MAX) starts producing steam within ten minutes. How hot? I have no idea, but within two minutes, I’m sweating , and ten minutes, I’m soaked.
All in all, well worth my purchase.
As for the Ice Bath, I put it together, it’s rigid enough with the tubular supports to hold the water and ice. But sorry, that is not for me. I donated it to my granddaughter for her school…
