You connect it, turn the dial, and thirty minutes later you're sitting in 208°F of real stone heat. The Basalt brings together a genuine Harvia stove, volcanic stone steam and a weatherproof 38mm hemlock barrel into one seamless Burneek experience.

60 to 90 minutes of assembly with 2–3 people and basic hand tools — every stave and panel arrives pre-cut, so there's no carpentry.

The only step you don't do yourself is the electrical hookup: a licensed electrician connects the stove to a dedicated 240V circuit in a single visit. Place it on any level, load-bearing surface: concrete, pavers, reinforced deck, or compacted gravel.

In our 30-minute factory test, the smallest stove in the lineup — the 4.5kW Harvia — drove the barrel to 208°F, and the temperature was still climbing when the test ended.

The 6kW and 8kW stoves climb faster. Your final temperature depends on your thermostat setting and outdoor conditions; this is the same Harvia stove platform other brands rate to 220°F, running smaller stoves than ours.
